In this paper I describe the design decisions behind our AI project carried out for Polaris Media and discuss the significance of user trust and explainability in ensuring successful AI adoption. The paper is due to be published by Springer and will be presented at the upcoming 2024 AIGA Conference in Cambridge (UK) .
